DESCRIPTION:SHIFTING ROOTS – the Alegado Movement Language (AML) is the synthesis of the principles of the José Limón and the movement qualities and characteristics evolving from those concepts. \nGravity\, fall\, and recovery\, suspension of movement: are inherent in the AML yet\, it is the hand and arm gestures which distinguish it from the Limón technique. These hand and arm gestures create an infinite amount of reactions from the body structure as it moves through space.

SUMMARY:Online Zoom Workshop in February
DESCRIPTION:ZOOM classes are offered as Weekend Workshops (Friday\, Saturday and Sunday). In order to go deeper into the movement vocabulary\, these workshops are repeated twice – once a month\, for two months. After each cycle\, new movement material is created for the following two month cycle. \nThe classes offered are: Beginner Level (1\,45 hours) and Intermediate/Advanced Level (2\,15 hours). \nClasses are created with the full awareness of the space restrictions participants might encounter in their homes. In addition\, Joe Alegado will be providing feedback and corrections while Blanka Flora Csasznyi demonstrates the class movement material. \n\nFriday\nIntermediate/Advanced: 16:00–18:15 \nBeginner: 18:45–20:30 \n\nSaturday & Sunday\nIntermediate/Advanced: 11:00–13:15 \nBeginner: 13:45–15:30
